Our Staff

Most DCG consultants have prior experience as Managers or Senior Consultants with "Big Five", or with other national consulting or outsourcer organizations.  This staffing strategy allows us to provide clients with the proven technical competence, experience, and professionalism of seasoned, senior consultants from a "big" firm at a far more competitive fee structure and without the additional "staffing overhead" required by such organizations.

Billing Rates

Our fees are based upon the number of hours worked times a standard hourly rate for each classification of professional assigned. These rates, in turn, are based on each individual's salary, experience, level of competence, and position in the respective firms.

Classification  Rate per Hour
Project Manager $150 - $180
Project Supervisor $125 - $150
Consultants $ 80 - $140
